About Me

I'm a BCA student at a Tribhuvan University-affiliated college in Nepal, working through a curriculum that spans programming, data structures, databases, and system analysis — and spending just as much time outside class building things with that knowledge.

My focus has been Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, paired with front-end work in plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I like projects with a clear, everyday use case: an app that scans and organizes documents, or one that keeps a group trip's budget from turning into a mess of screenshots and group-chat math. I care about the small details — how a screen feels to use, whether an interaction is one tap or three — as much as whether the code underneath is solid.

Alongside development, I'm drawn to the creative side of building software: interface design, typography, and the kind of visual polish that makes a tool feel considered rather than assembled. I'm still early in my career, but I'd rather learn by finishing real projects than by collecting tutorials.

A four-year program covering programming fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, database systems, statistics, system analysis and design, and web technologies — the foundation I'm building my Android and web projects on top of.

A document scanning and productivity toolkit for Android. FlowScan handles the everyday paperwork problem — turning physical documents into clean, organized digital files without opening three different apps to do it.

Travel Planner

A trip planning dashboard built for how group trips actually get organized: budgets that need tracking across multiple people, currencies that change mid-trip, and a plan that has to survive being offline half the time.

Future Goals

Sharper engineering

Go deeper into Android architecture and clean, maintainable code — moving from "it works" to code I'd be comfortable handing to someone else.

Software with a real audience

Take FlowScan and future projects past personal use, publish them properly, and build for people who aren't me.

Design that holds up

Keep developing an eye for interface and visual design, so the things I build are as good to use as they are to build.

Learning by shipping

Keep picking projects slightly past my comfort zone, and finish them — that's been the fastest way to actually learn so far.
